• Custom Nature of Products: Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Each product is made specifically for you, and therefore cannot be resold.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
