Return Policy
- Custom Nature of Products: Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Each product is made specifically for you, and therefore cannot be resold.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- How to Request an Exchange: Please reach out via Etsy messaging or email us at christianscraftco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible, as this will help us expedite the process.
