Would you like a custom cut?
We also offer customized pieces of the same size at no additional charge. In order to make this possible please forward us the image youd like cut prior to placing your order. This ensures that the file can be transferred over for cutting on our laser machine. After your mockup is sent and verified you are more than welcome to check out! 

Shipping 
After completing your order each package has an estimated 2-3 day shipping time with USPS.  If you need expedited shipping please click priority mail at check out.

Custom and personalized orders

All items in the shop are custom made to order. Once the order is placed the shop owner will not refund an item unless damaged. In the event there is an issue the shop owner may offer a store credit or a replacement item at their discretion.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages

This small shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once properly packaged and shipping information is provided, the order is completed by the shop. USPS or other shipping providers will be responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Care instructions

Care instructions will be provided with custom or perishable items. If proper care is not followed by the instructions given, this shop is not responsible for damages or malfunctions that occur.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

I will happily accept exchanges Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I do not accept returns or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
