All orders are made fresh daily using the most perfect and fresh berries. Our berries our locally sourced to ensure quality and sweet taste. We hand dip each berry in your choice of white, milk chocolate or both. Our strawberries are the perfect treat, gift, late night snack, or hors d'oeuvre. 

The Round Berry Bouquet comes with 20-24 berries and beautiful filler flowers. You have the option for two colors and your choice of chocolate flavor. (milk or white chocolate)
The Round Berry/Flower Bouquet comes with 10 roses, and 12 berries. You have the option for two colors and your choice of chocolate flavor. (milk or white chocolate)
The Flat Berry Bouquet comes with 12 roses, and 10 berries. You have the option for two colors and your choice of chocolate flavor. (milk or white chocolate)
Every bouquet is  hand wrapped, and designed to each custom order. 

We do offer nut toppings, and may also use coconut oil, so please be cautious of any known allergies. To add peanuts, oreos, or fruit cereal topping to your order please select  toppings and add it to your cart in addition to the bouquet. 
In the personalization box please add how many berries you would like top and with which topping and flavor(white or milk chocolate).  If you did not select topping please add your color preference and how many berries of each color you would like.

Custom and personalized orders

All items in the shop are custom made to order. Once the order is placed the shop owner will not refund an item unless damaged. In the event there is an issue the shop owner may offer a store credit or a replacement item at their discretion.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages

This small shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once properly packaged and shipping information is provided, the order is completed by the shop. USPS or other shipping providers will be responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Care instructions

Care instructions will be provided with custom or perishable items. If proper care is not followed by the instructions given, this shop is not responsible for damages or malfunctions that occur.

Shipping/ Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

I will happily accept exchanges Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I do not accept returns or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
