Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. Because these items are ordered specifically for the preorder, please double-check your size and personalization selection before submitting your order. Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing.

Custom and personalized orders

All items in the shop are custom made to order. Once the order is placed the shop owner will not refund an item unless damaged. In the event there is an issue the shop owner may offer a store credit or a replacement item at their discretion.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages

This small shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once properly packaged and shipping information is provided, the order is completed by the shop. USPS or other shipping providers will be responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Care instructions

Care instructions will be provided with custom or perishable items. If proper care is not followed by the instructions given, this shop is not responsible for damages or malfunctions that occur.

Shipping/ Processing time

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
