Design:                                                                                                        Each puzzle is made custom to order. Laser cut, sanded and then painted to perfection. Our goal is to provide a quality and durably safe product for you and your family to enjoy. 

To do this we use only the best materials. The base is crafted out of birch plywood and finished with a double coat of non-toxic water based paint. 

Customization:                                                                                                 In order to make each puzzle special and personable to our customers, we offer customization. This includes the choice of letter and base colors, background theme, and shapes.

SAFETY HAZARD:
As all of our products are hand made it is our duty to ensure your child's safety! Please stop use of all pieces if damaged and contact us immediately in an effort to repair the piece for safe usage. Although our puzzles are made with quality materials we do not encourage that any of the pieces be placed in the oral cavities or eaten. Please always monitor children when playing with pieces.

Custom and personalized orders

All items in the shop are custom made to order. Once the order is placed the shop owner will not refund an item unless damaged. In the event there is an issue the shop owner may offer a store credit or a replacement item at their discretion.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages

This small shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once properly packaged and shipping information is provided, the order is completed by the shop. USPS or other shipping providers will be responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Care instructions

Care instructions will be provided with custom or perishable items. If proper care is not followed by the instructions given, this shop is not responsible for damages or malfunctions that occur.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I do not accept returns or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
